Jesús has a Bachelor’s Degree in Government and Economics from Georgetown University. After college, he returned to his native Mexico where he coordinated market expansions and managed international operations for two large commercial banks. In 1999, he co-founded a securities broker/dealer in Tucson, eventually leaving the venture to his partners and moving to Phoenix. He spent the next twelve years at US Bank, ultimately serving as Vice President and Branch Manager. Having served on our Board of Directors since 2008, Jesús made the move in 2016 to become the Director of Literacy Volunteers.
